Headache Dentistry

What is headache dentistry? I think it would be easier if I could draw an analogy using a mechanic’s headache.
“Mr Mechanic, I accidentally bumped my car into a tree. I want you to repair my car (see picture). I need it to function like it’s new. It must be done ASAP, preferably by tomorrow morning and it must cost less than $500. That’s all I have. Oh, and here are the keys.”
